2. App Purpose
Concert Archive is a privacy-first mobile app owned and operated by Junbum Cho for classical music lovers to privately journal and archive concerts they attended. The app may allow users to record attendance, write notes, upload photos, organize concert history, and intentionally share selected memories.
Concert Archive is not intended to be a public social network, ticketing service, official concert database, source of official venue information, or substitute for professional recordkeeping, legal, tax, medical, or financial advice.

- Promptly contacting junbum0121@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your Private Notes, Photos, and Content
You retain ownership of the notes, photos, concert memories, and other content you create or upload to Concert Archive. You grant Junbum Cho a limited license to host, store, process, display, back up, and transmit your content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the app.
Private notes and photos are intended to remain private unless you intentionally choose to share selected content using app features or external sharing tools.
You are responsible for avoiding uploads that infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights of third parties.

You may not use Concert Archive to:

6. Third-Party Services
Concert Archive may use third-party services such as Google Sign-In and Firebase for authentication, storage, database, hosting, security, and app operations. Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies.
The app uses Google account information only as described in the Privacy Policy.
Concert Archive is not responsible for third-party platforms, services, data sources, venue information, or external links that are not controlled by Junbum Cho.
7. Service Availability and Changes
Concert Archive may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We try to maintain a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage, or compatibility with every device, operating system, or Firebase/Google service change.
You are responsible for keeping any independent backups or exports that are important to you where the app provides export or sharing functionality.
8. Account Termination and Deletion
You may stop using Concert Archive at any time. To request account deletion or data deletion, contact junbum0121@gmail.com or use the in-app deletion feature if available.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created security risk, caused harm to the service or other users, or used the app unlawfully. Some information may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy where required for legal, security, backup, or abuse-prevention reasons.
9. Disclaimers
Concert Archive is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that concert information, metadata, imported details, venue names, repertoire data, or app-generated summaries will be accurate, complete, or current. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting your own archive entries.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junbum Cho will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of Concert Archive.
